摘要 用桑色素荧光分光光度法测定痕量锗,锗与桑色素在磷酸介质中形成1:1络合物,此络合物在乙醇溶液中具有较强的荧光强度,λEX 为425nm,λEM 为499nm。检出限0.2ng/ml.线性范围为1.0~25ng/ml,高、中、低三种浓度的变异系数为0.85%、2.5%、3.1%,平均回收率为96.8%~104.8%,方法简便,准确度高、精密度好、共存离子干扰少。 A highly sensitive and fairly selective spectrofluorometric methodwas developed for the determination of germanium with morin The detectionlimit of germanium was found to be 0.2μg/L.The linear range was 1.0—25μg/L.The average recovery of germanium was in the range of 96.8—104.8%.The relativestandard deviations were 0.85%.2.5%3.1% foo s.ix replicate determinations ofhigh,medium and low concentrations of germanium This method was simple,accurate and precise.The interference of diverse ions was at on low levels.
