摘要
传统医学教育模式制约了医学生创造性思维的培养 ,本文旨在通过对教学模式的改革 ,由灌输式转变为启发式 ,营造和谐课堂气氛等 ,将知识传授与创造性思维培养有机结合起来 ,尤其近四年来 ,经过专家、同行、管理者的评估 ,以及学生的反馈 ,综合评分均在 96分以上 。
The traditional teaching model has seriously restricted the development of the students'creative thought. The aim of this is to combine the knowledge teaching and the cultivation of the creative thought by reforming the education model, turning the instilling model to the inspiring model, making a harmonious air in classroom-teaching. Especially in recent 4 years, we have achieved satisfactory effect. The evaluation of the experts,leaders, my colleagues and the feedback of students reached more than 96 points.
