摘要
目的:介绍果糖胺测定标准物(1-脱氧-1-吗啉果糖)的合成方法,以及果糖胺测定的临床意义。方法:参照Hodge法并作,改良合成1-脱氧-1-吗啉果糖(DMF)后做相关实验。结果:合成的DMF与SIGMA公司产品红外吸收光谱一致,同时以两种DMF为标准参照物,用初速度法测定正常体检标本30例获得糖化血清蛋白正常值,测定了30例糖尿病人糖化血清蛋白,其结果均为与正常组相比较两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:合成DMF方法简单,性能可靠,能为广大实验室所采用。
Objective To introduce the synthetic method of frutisamine standard(DMF 1-1-Deoxy-1-morpholino-D-fructose)and the clinical value of measuring frutisamine.Methods Reforming the Hodge method in synthetizing DMF.Results The synthetic DMF showed no difference with the same reagent of SIGMA company in infrared absorption sectrum.The serum frutisamine in dia-betes patients is obviously higher than normal person(P<0.05).Conclusion The synthetic method of DMF is simple and reliable,which can be accepted by vast number of labs.
