血清果糖胺测定及其在实验性糖尿病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 血清果糖胺浓度可表示1~3周前血糖平均水平。在链脲佐菌素引起的实验性糖尿病大鼠测定糖化血清蛋白的指示物即血清果糖胺浓度。结果是糖尿病大鼠血清果糖胺浓度明显高于非糖尿病动物(P<0.01)。在糖尿病动物血清果糖胺浓度与两周前的血清葡萄糖水平高度相关(r=0.881,P<0.01)。血清果糖胺测定过程简单、快速、测定结果稳定。因其用血量少对小实验动物更适用。对监视糖尿病控制状态是有用的指标。 Serum concentrations of fructosamine, an indicator of glycosylated serum proteins, were measured in experimental diabetic rats. Diabetes was induced with streptozotocin (70mg/kg) i.p. The untreated rats served as the controls. The results showed significantly higher levels of serum f ructosamine in the diabetic animals than those in the non-diabetic rats. In diabetic rats,correlation besween fructosamine concentrations and serum glucose levels 2 weeks before the end of the experiment was high (r = 0.881, P<0.01) .The procedures of serum fructosamine measurement are simple and rapid, and the results are reliable. The measurement is more applicable in small animals because of the small samples needed, and is an useful index in monitoring the short-term diabetic state.
