摘要
目的 :探讨复方皂矾丸治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床疗效。方法 :用前瞻性设置对照的研究方法将纳入研究的 31例病例分为治疗组与对照组 ,分别用复方皂矾丸和用全反式维甲酸、维生素B6、或 /和小剂量阿糖胞甙治疗 ,随访观察疗效。结果 :治疗组基本缓解 1例、部分缓解及进步 9例、无效 4例 ,总有效率 71 4 % ,明显高于对照组的 2 3 5 % (两组比较有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :复方皂矾丸为纯中药制剂、治疗骨髓增生异常综合征疗效较好 ;复方皂矾丸无明显毒副作用、价格较低廉 。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of compound Zaofan pill on myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).Method:A clinical control study,the eligible subjects was divided into two groups,while the research group was given compound Zaofan pill,and the control group was given all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA),vitamin B6,or/and low dose ara-C.Results:There was only 1 obvious remission case,and 9 improved the cases in the research group with a total effective rate of 71 4%,demonstrating a statistical significance as compared with the effective rate of 23 5% in the control group( P <0 001).Conclusion:Compound Zaofan pill,a preparation of pure chinese medicine,showed a good curative effect on MDS,and compound Zaofan pill gave a low cost and no severe side-effects,so it was worthy of using on MDS.
