摘要
骨髓增生异常综合征（ＨＤＳ）是一种恶性血液病，目前尚缺乏有效的治疗手段。本文采用益气养阴活血法治疗ＭＤＳ５０例，对症治疗ＭＤＳ１０例为对照组。结果：５０例总有效率为８６％，经对其中２０例５年以上的随访，白血病转化率为１５％，明显优于对照组，表明该治法能明显降低白血病转化率，延长生存期。
This paper presents the results of the treatment of 50 cases of myeloproliferative syndrome by strengthening qi, nourishing yin and activating the blood. The results showed that the total effective rate was 86%, and the rate of evolution to AML in 5 years was 15%.From the results it can be seen that the treatment method used by the authors can obviously decrease the rate of evolution to AML and prolong the survival duration.
