摘要
提出了一种变等效转动惯量飞轮的设计方法。将微型飞轮安装在与往复式压缩机曲轴保持变速比的固定轴上,通过非圆齿轮传动实现轴与曲轴之间的变速比传动,不仅能完全消除曲轴的速度波动,而且能平衡输入扭矩的波动,大大减少飞轮自身的重量和转动惯量。
The design method of a flywheel with variable equivalent mass moment of inertial is presented in this paper. A mini-flywheel is fixed on the shaft that keeps a variable angular velocity ratio with the crank shaft. By means of a pair of noncircular gears the variable angular velocity ratio between the shaft and equivalent link can be realized. This method can eliminate all the fluctuation of the angular velocity in crank shaft, balance the fluctuation of the input torque and make the gravity and mass moment of inertial of the flywheel much smaller.
