新氢压缩机组齿轮箱振动的原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 在海外某炼厂新建400万t/a渣油加氢装置中,新氢压缩机组为150t活塞力的4缸对称布置的往复压缩机组,是由汽轮机和齿轮箱组成驱动的。在开车及操作过程中,齿轮箱出现了强烈的振动,文章通过对往复压缩机运行特性的分析和计算,初步认定了往复压缩机负荷/扭矩的波动为齿轮箱振动的主要原因,并且总结了类似机组的选型及操作的注意事项。 In certain newly built 4.0Mt/a overseas residue oil hydrogenation plant,the fresh hydrogen compressor unit is a reciprocating compressor with four symmetrical arranged cylinders of 150 tpiston force which is driven by steam turbine and gear box.Intense vibration occurred during the process of start-up and normal operation of the compressor.After analysis and calculation of the operating characteristics of the compressor,it is found out that the main reason for the gear box vibration is the fluctuation of reciprocating load/torque in every rotational cycle of the compressor.The paper also summarizes the points for attention for the selection and operation of the similar units.
