摘要
笔者通过对医患矛盾的原因分析与研究 ,提出预防措施 :一是增强法制观念 ,做到依法行医 ;二是严格执行规章制度 ,切实提高基础医疗质量 ;三是狠抓病历文书的规范书写 ,完善病历管理制度 ;四是高度重视患者知情同意权 ,依法履行权利和义务 ;五是加强医德医风德建设 ,进一步提高服务质量 ;
After analyzing and studying the causes of phys ic ian patient conflicts, the author has worked out the following measures to prev ent them: first, thoroughly understand the law and practice medicine legally; se cond, strictly carry out rules and regulations and improve the primary quality o f medical care; third, endeavor to regulate the writing of medical documents and perfect the system of medical document management; fourth, attach much importan ce to patients′ right of informed consent and perform physicians′ rights and o bligations in accordance of the law; fifth, reinforce medical ethics and moral a nd further improve service quality; sixth, strengthen the force of medical confl icts management.
