摘要
通过对582位各级各类医务人员及行政管理人员问卷调查,分析研究当前医疗纠纷对医务人员的态度行为影响,反映出现行医疗纠纷处理办法不能适应当前形势和要求,必须健全卫生法规法律制度,设立卫生法庭,探索医疗风险保险制度。
A questionaire made in 582 doctors, nurses and hospital managers shows that medical tangles are affecting their attitudes and behavior, pushing them even more towards a defensive professional practice, which is disadvantageous to the normal use of medical services;points out that casual methods to deal with medical tangles can't meet current demand, and hospital managers are often bewildered by how to get down what person concerned ask them to do; suggests that it is important to improve legal construction, make laws regulating medical professions, carry out insurance for medical practices,so as to constructively support medical services progress in capacity and responsibility to do better.
