摘要
以环氧豆油、双酚A环氧树脂、丙烯酸和马米酸酐合成了具有羧基的环氧丙烯酸酯齐聚物,经胺中和后,水性化,可得自乳化光敏树脂水分散体系。并且用IR表征了环氧树脂与丙烯酸的混合物。流变学研究显示其水稀释过程体系粘度变化有明显的异常现象。考察了在光引发剂作用下,树脂中组成最终对比固化涂层综合性能的影响。
A epoxy acrylate prepolymer with carboxyl group was prepared by using of epoxy soybean oil, bisphenol A epoxy acrylate, acrylic acid and maleic anhydride. The obtained prepolymer can be neutralized with amine and dispersed stably in water in the form of self-emulsified latexes. The oligomer were characterized by IR-spectrum. The rheology research shows that the system viscosity change has the clear unusual appearance in the course of water dilution. In the presence of photoinitiator Darocur 1173, the comprehensive properties of the photocured coatings from the self-emulsified system were tested.
