摘要
目的 :探讨气管成形术后再狭窄的原因及处理。方法 :回顾分析我科 2 0年来收治的气管成形术后发生再狭窄的 1 5例病例 ,分析了发生的原因及其中 1 3例 2～ 5次手术的治疗经验。结果 :1 5例中 1 3例经再次手术治疗 ,1 2例已拔管痊愈 ,1例尚在继续治疗中 ,2例采用非手术治疗。结论 :气管软骨支架缺损及气管内长肉芽是引起气管成形术后再狭窄的主要原因。
Objective: To investigate the causes and treatment of recurrent tracheal stenosis after tracheoplasty.Methods: 15 cases with recurrent tracheal stenosis after tracheoplasty during past 20 years were reviewed , and the cause and treatment experience were analysed in 13 cases of 3-5 times operation. Results: The reoperation was performed in 13 cases out of 15 cases and succeeded in 12 cases, one is still in treatment and the other two adopted with non-operative treatment.Conclusion: The defect of cartilage stent and granulating within tracheal cavity are the main causes of recurrent tracheal stenosis after tracheoplasty.
