摘要
我国传统的护理教学观念、模式及其内容已不能满足现代护理的需要 ,为了更好地适应临床、更好地促进护理学科发展 ,培养新型护理人才 ,必须转变教学观念和人才培养模式 ,提高护生综合素质 ,重视知识输入和能力输出 ,加快调整课程设置 ,增强临床师资力量 ,拓宽教育途径。
Chinese traditional teaching thoughts of nursing, and its pattern, the content can not meet the requirements of modern nursing. In order to fit the clinic and help the development of the science of nursing better, as well to cultivate the new type nursing talents, we must reform the education of nursing. That is to say, we must change our concept and pattern on teaching; and improve the comprehensive quality of the college students whose major is nursing; devote much attention to the knowledge importation and ability exportation; accelerate adjusting the course establishing; strengthen the teacher's power on clinic; widen the approach of education.
