纤维蛋白原和C-反应蛋白与冠心病关系的研究

摘要 目的研究血浆纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,Fg)和C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)与冠心病(Coranary heart disease,CHD)之间的关系。方法选择211例患者行冠状动脉造影(Coronary angiography CAG),同时测定血浆Fg和血清CRP。结果123例冠心病患者的Fg和CRP明显高于88例冠状动脉造影正常者(P<0.05);在不同狭窄支数亚组中,Fg和CRP水平与病变支数差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心病患者血浆Fg和CRP水平明显升高,说明Fg和CRP在冠状动脉粥样硬化及血栓形成中起重要作用。 Obiective To investigate the relationship between Fibrinogen (Fg) and C - reactive protein (CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Coronary angiography (CAG) was carried out and Fg, CRP were measured in 211 patients at the same time. Results The levels of Fg and CRP in patients with CHD were significantly higher than those in normal CAG patients (P < 0. 05). The levels of Fg and CRP without obvious differences compared with subgroups ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The levels of Fg and CRP were greatly increased in patients with CHD, and it could predict the occurrence of CHD and thrombus.
