血浆同型半胱氨酸和C反应蛋白与冠状动脉病变程度相关性 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】探讨冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸及C反应蛋白的水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。【方法】冠心病患者101例,分为稳定型心绞痛组(n=32),不稳定型心绞痛组(n=36)和急性心肌梗死组(n=33),于入院后检测血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)及C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的水平,根据冠脉造影结果,分析Hcy及CRP的水平与冠脉病变之间的关系。【结果】同型半胱氨酸与C反应蛋白的水平随着病情的加重而逐渐升高,分别与稳定型心绞痛组相比,均有显著性差异,并且从单支病变、双支病变到三支病变,Hcy及CRP水平逐渐增高,但CRP差异更显著。【结论】血浆同型半胱氨酸与C反应蛋白水平与冠状动脉病变程度相关,对临床病情的评估具有重要价值。 【Objective】To explore the relationship between severity of coronary artery lesions with the plasma levels of homocysteine(Hcy) and C reactive protein(CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease.【Methods】 A total of 101 cases of coronary heart disease were divided into stable angina group(n = 32),unstable angina group(n = 36) and acute myocardial infarction group(n = 33).Plasma levels of Hcy and c-reactive protein(CRP) were determind after admission.The relationship between severity of coronary artery lesions with the plasma levels of Hcy and CRP was alalyzed.【Results】 As the degree of coronary artery lesions aggravating,the plasma levels of Hcy and CRP increased.when compared with stable angina group,there were significant differences for the other two groups.The plasma leves of Hcy and CRPgradually increased by degrees along with the number of sclerotic coronary arteries.【Conclusion】 The severity of coronary artery lesions is related with the plasma levels of homocysteine(Hcy) and C reactive protein(CRP),and has important value to for asscessing the clinical condition.
