摘要
对于以快速流态化床预还原和煤氧喷射铁浴终还原两项技术相结合为特征的熔融还原炼铁流程,作了流程系统计算机模化研究。建立了系统模化计算的通用程序软件,并对不同煤种、铁矿石组成、预还原矿金属化率、铁浴炉渣碱度、流程各段出口温度等参数条件下该流程及各反应器的能量利用,热平衡及物流量与组成等,作出了予报。其结果可为该类熔融还原流程的概念设计提供依据或参考,并有助于选择最佳的工艺操作参数。
An investigation of system simulation with computer has been realized for a smeltingreduction process operated by combining the prereduction of iron ore in a fast fluidizedbed and the final smelting reduction in a molten iron bath with coal-oxygen injection.Byusing the software established for this process system,the prediction of energy,heat andmaterial balances of system,as well as the quantity and composition of material streams ateach reaction step has been done.
