摘要
本文着重对竖炉—铁浴熔融还原炼铁流程,建立了相应的软件系统,并进行了流程系统计算机模拟计算,考察了不同煤种、含碳球团的预还原度、铁浴炉渣碱度和二次燃烧率对系统的能量消耗和利用、热平衡及各项指标的影响,可为流程概念设计与评估及操作参数选择提供参数和依据。
An investigation of system simulation with computer has been realized for a smelting
reduction process of ironmaking operated by combining the prereduction of iron ore in a
shaft furnace and the final reduction in a molten iron bath.By using the software estab-
lished for this process system,the influences of raw materials and operating parameters on
energy consumption,heat balances and other indexes of the system can be estimated.It can
also be used for process design and operating parameter selection.
