摘要 目的:从股骨组织结构的年龄变化推断年龄。方法:在23例5岁至86岁股骨中段磨片测量骨单位数(X1),非哈弗氏管数(X2)及外环板平均厚度(X3),并作回归分析。结果:求得三元及二元回归方程:Y=4.9591 X10.1485x2-0.1482X3-0.5835;Y=7.7193 X2-0.1524 X3-0.6389。结论:在5至50岁的标本验算二元回归方程,100%的估计年龄与真实年龄的误差在±5之内。这个结果优于三元回归方程的结果。此计算方法比朱芳武用四个一元回归方程综合推算年龄的方法更为快捷简便。 Objective:To estimate the age by the histological age changes of the femur. Methods:The number of the osteon (X1),non-Haversian canal((X2) and the average thickness of the outer cirumferential lamellae (X3) in 23 specimens of cross sections of the mid-shaft of the femur (age 5 to 86) were counted. The data and the regression analysis were caculat-ed. Results:The trinal and dual regression formula were obtained: Y = 4.9591 X10.1485X2-0.1482X3-0.5835; Y= 7.7193 X2-0.1524 X3-0.6389.Conclusion:When the dual regression formula is checked on the spcimens (aged 5 to 50),100% of the estimated ages calculated are within 5 years of the actual ages. This results show that the dual regression formula is better than the trinal regression formula,and this calculating method is more rapid and convenientl than that by Zhu Fang-Wu's synthetic method with 4 regression formula for estimating the age.
