摘要
目的建立依据青少年颌面部X线影像测量数据推断其年龄的方法。方法收集273名于山西医科大学口腔医院就诊儿童、青少年患者的头颅侧位X线像。测量SNA角、SNB角、ANB角、NP-FH面角、Y轴角、NA-PA(颌凸角)、MP-FH(下颌平面角)、SN-MP角、1-SN角、1-MP角、1-NA角、1-NB角和1-T角、1-NA距和1-NB距等15个影像数据,使用SPSS 11.5统计分析软件建立数据库,多元逐步回归分析,建立年龄推断公式。结果年龄推断的回归方程为:Y=16.402-0.024(1-1角)+0.039(ANB角)和Y=17.575+0.897(ln[1-NB角])-1.237(ln[NP-FH面角])。结果说明,青少年的年龄与ANB角呈正相关,与1-1角呈负相关,ANB角的作用大于1-1角的作用;与1-NB角的自然对数值呈正相关,与NP-FH面角的自然对数值呈负相关,NP-FH面角的作用大于1-NB角的作用。结论本研究根据颌面部X线影像测量数据建立的青少年年龄推断方法,可在相关研究和实践中选择使用。
Objective Oestablish the method of age speculation by applying X-ray measurement data of youth,this can provide medicolegal expertise with the methods.Methods By random cluster sampling method,the 273 cases of the Stomatology Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were incorporated into the research,who all is children and adolescent patients.Then they experienced the skull location imaging to acquire the lateral positions＇ radiographic.15 imaging measurement data include,SNA angle,SNA angle,ANB angle,NP-FH facial angle,Y axial angle,NA-PA（ maxillofacial angle of convexity）,MP-FH（ mandibular plane angle）,SN-MP angle,1-SN angle,1-MP angle,1-NA angle,1-NB angle and 1-1 angle,1-NA distance,1-NB distance.Using SPSS 11.5 statistical analysis software to build database,and adopting multiple stepwise to establish the formulations of age estimation.Results Discriminate formulation is： Y = 16.402- 0.024（ 1-1 angle） ＋ 0.039（ ANB angle） and Y = 17.575 ＋ 0.897（ ㏑[1-1 angle]）- 1.237（ ㏑ [NP-FH facial angle]）,The result shows that teenagers＇ ages and ANB angle are positively correlated while the teenagers＇ ages and 1-1 angle are negatively correlated.The relationship between the teenagers＇ ages and 1-NB angle（ or its logarithmic） is positive correlation while the relationship between the teenagers＇ ages and NP-FH angle（ or its logarithmic） is negative correlation.The function of NP-FH facial angle exceeds 1-NB angle.Conclusion The research establishes age estimation method of our nation＇s teenagers,according to maxillofacial radiographic measured data,which provides the teenagers＇ age estimation of forensic anthropology with new indexes and two new discriminate methods.
