摘要
以邻苯二甲醛为衍生试剂 ,用柱前衍生化高效液相色谱法测定盐酸依替米星的含量。以 Shim-Pack VP-ODS为色谱柱 ,水 -冰醋酸 -甲醇 (2 0∶ 5∶ 75 )混合溶液配制的 0 .0 2 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液为流动相 ,检测波长 3 3 0 nm。在 0 .0 4～ 0 .2 mg/ml浓度范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,精密度 RSD为 0 .75 %。
A HPLC method for determination of etimicin hydrochloride was presented. A Shim Pack VP ODS column was used with mobile phase of water glacial acetic acid methanol (20∶5∶75), containing 0.02 mol/L heptanesulfonic acid sodium, at detection wavelength of 330 nm. O phthaladehyde was used as the derivation agent. It had a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.04~0.2 mg/ml( r = 0.9999 ). The RSD was 0.75%.
