摘要
通过体外实验探讨褪黑激素对大鼠泌乳素瘤 MMQ细胞生长周期的影响。用流式细胞仪分析经浓度为 5×10 -9～ 5× 10 -5mol/L 的褪黑激素处理的大鼠泌乳素瘤 MMQ细胞的周期。结果显示 5× 10 -6mol/L、5× 10 -5mol/L组与对照组比较 ,进入 G1 期的细胞比例明显增加 ,进入 S期的明显减少 ,说明褪黑激素对
The effect of melatonin on the proliferation of rat prolactin secreting tumor cells was studied in vitro . The effects of melatonin in dosage of 5×10 -9 ～5×10 -5 mol/L on cell cycle of rat prolactin secreting tumor cells were observed by flow cytometry. The results demonstrated that more prolactin secreting tumor cells underwent phase G 1 and less cells underwent phase S in melatonin concentrations of 5×10 -6 and 5×10 -5 mol/L compared with control. The finding implied that the melatonin could inhibit the growth of rat prolactin secreting tumor cells.
