电针疗法对带状疱疹患者血清白细胞介素-12浓度的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的 把IL-12在HZ患者血清中的浓度变化作为免疫监测指标,以验证电针疗法在调节机体免疫功能方面的作用。方法 把128例HZ患者分成两组,两组均接受相同的药物治疗,但一组使用电针辅助治疗。另一组不用电针,作为对照组。两组治疗前后均抽血,用双抗体夹心ELESA法检测血中IL-12浓度,把两组治疗前后所得的检测值进行比较。结果 治疗前两组所得IL-12的均数经比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组所得IL-12的均数经比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 电针疗法对HZ患者血清中的IL-12浓度的提高是有可靠作用的。
