摘要
目的 探讨保肝口服液对慢性乙肝患者血清TNF α和IL 8含量的影响。方法 用保肝口服液治疗 35例慢性乙肝患者 ,用药前后采取放射免疫分析方法检测了血清TNF α和IL 8浓度变化。结果 服用保肝口服液治疗慢性乙肝患者三个疗程 ,患者血清TNF α和IL 8浓度显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 保肝口服液对慢性乙肝患者肝功能有改善作用 ,其保肝机理可能是降低慢性乙肝患者血清中异常升高的TNF α和IL 8,减少细胞因子对肝细胞的损伤。
OBJECTIVE To research the oral Solution of liver protection on the serum TNF α和IL 8 concentration in chronic hepatitis B patients. METHOD 35 Patients with hepatitis B virus were treated with the oral solution of liver protecting , the serum TNF α and IL 8 were detected before administration and after that 3 course of treatment by RIA. RESULTS The serum TNF αand IL 8 concentration decreased significantly and ALT and AST in the group were remarkably improved after taking the oral solution of liver protecting ( P <0.01).CONCLUSION The oral solution of liver protecting can improve liver function on the patients with hepatitis B virus in a liver test. It's liver protecting mechanism may be related to decrease the serum TNF α and IL 8 level and lower the damage of cytokine to the hepatocyte.
