摘要
在分析点式冲击刀具的特点和结构基础上 ,根据Evans提出的最大拉应力切削理论 ,建立了点式冲击刀具对岩石切削破坏时的受力状态模型 .通过对点式冲击刀具的理论和实验分析 ,探讨了如何优化设计使刀具受力最合理 .对不同刀尖角 ,切削不同岩石时 ,对刀具的受力状态进行了有限元分析 ,得出刀尖角的优化值是 90°和最佳切削深度为 4 0~ 6 5mm的结论 .通过相关实验可知 ,当切削节距接近刀体时 。
From the characteristics and construction of point attach bits, a force-bearing state model was built for rock cutting point attach bits using the cutting theory of maximum pulling stress of Evans. The problem of design optimization of the point attach bit is discussed through theoretical analysis and discussion of experimental results. The force-bearing state of the point attach bit is analysed by FEM for cutting different kinds of rocks at different angles, and it is concluded that the optimal valve of the angle of bit tine is 90° and the optimum cutting depth is 40~65mm, and the increase of maximum torque will change suddenly while the cutting pitch approach to the body of the point attach bit.
