摘要
在冲击采煤机原有刀齿的基础上,借助Pro/Engineer和Autocad 2004设计了更合理的新刀齿。充分利用新刀齿几何参数与其力学参数之间的关系,不仅使其几个主要的几何参数达到最优,同时刀齿也获得了最佳的破煤效果;而且整个刀齿的设计及理论研究也为冲击采煤机的整体优化奠定了基础。
Adopting the original blade of the impact cutter, by use of Pro/Engineer Wildfire and Autocad 2004,a more reasonable new blade is designed . With several relations between its geometricl parameters and mechanical parameters of new. blade, not only its main geometric parameters attain superior and the blade acquired best cutting capability; but also the research established a foundation for the whole impact cutter optimum design.
