摘要
本文介绍了一种新的测量物质介电常数的微波方法。它采用终端开口波导与待测物质表面直接接触进行测量,然后对测得的结果进行曲线拟合计算,得到精确数值。给出了在f=3.975GHz时,计算物质相对介电常数ε′_r的曲线拟合系数。
This paper introduces a new microwave measure method of material permittivity that use an open-ended waveguide to contact with the measuring material directly under test. The accurate values are provided by the curve fitting. It decribes the theory and measure equipment of this method. As a example, we have given the curve fitting coefficients to calculate the relative permittivity at f=9. 375 GHz.
