摘要
导出用同轴腔微扰法测量物质介电常数的近似计算公式,并在实验上测出不同介电常数及不同厚度的介质微扰腔体所产生的频偏值。计算值与实验值较好吻合,由此表明:此法简便可行,提出的近似计算方法对实际应用有指导价值。
The approximate calculation formula for measuring permittivity by the per-turbation method of λ/4 coaxial cavity is deduced, to give an account of the experimental waysfor measuring the values of frequency shift of perturbation cavities with a variety of dielectric per-mittivity and thickness. The calculation value:are basically identical with the experiment values,which points to the fact that the perturbation method is simple and feasible and that the calcula-tion formula is of practical significance.
