摘要
以乙二醛和尿素为原料,经氧化、缩合二步合成5-脲基乙内酰胺(尿囊素),用X-射线单晶衍射方法测定了其晶体结构,晶体属于P2_1/C空间群,晶胞参数为α=0.8025(3) nm,b=0.5160(9) nm,c=1.4795(7) nm,β=93°,V=61.196 nm^3,经块矩阵最小二乘法修正,最终得偏离因子R=0.036,同时还测定了其红外光谱,紫外光谱以及其它物性。
The crystals of 5-ureidoacetolactam were prepared by the oxidation and condensation reactions with ethandial and urea as starting materials, and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2_1/c with the unit-cell parameters, α=0. 8025(3) nm, b=0. 5160(9) nm, c=1. 4795(7) nm, β=93°, V =61. 196 nm^3 and Z=4. The block least-square refinement for all structural parameters gave final discrepancy factor R=0. 0361. The crystals were determined by using IR, UV-visible spectra, and other physical properties of the crystal were determined too.
