摘要
目的 比较小切口白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术与超声乳化白内障吸出硬质人工晶状体植入术两种方法的临床效果。方法 分别对 140只眼小切口非超声乳化白内障囊外摘出术及 15 4只眼超声乳化硬质人工晶状体植入术的术后视力、角膜内皮丢失率 ,术中、术后并发症进行比较。结果 小切口非乳化组 1周后视力≥0 .5者 115只眼 (82 .2 % ) ,≤ 0 .4者 2 5只眼 (17.8% )。超声乳化组≥ 0 .5者 12 8只眼 (83 .1% ) ,≤ 0 .4者 2 6只眼(16.9% )。角膜内皮丢失率 ,小切口非超声乳化组 13 .2 % ,超声乳化组 12 .8%。术后角膜内皮水肿 :小切口非乳化组 11只眼 (7.86% ) ,超声乳化组 10只眼 (6.49% )。结论 小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出与超声乳化硬质人工晶状体植入术疗效相似 ,前者简便、易行、经济 。
Objective The comparison of clinic result is made between two kinds of intraocular lens implantation-extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification.Methods 294 eyes of cataract are divided into two groups.One group(140 eyes) undergoes extracapsular extraction,with small incision,and another group (154 eyes) does phacoemulsification.A comparison is carried out between the two groups of the vision after operation,the lost rate of cornea endothelium,and complications occurring in and after operation.Results In non-phacoemulsification group,one week after operation,115 eyes (82.2%) are more than or equal to 0.5 in vision,25 eyes(17.8%) less than or equal to 0.4 in vision.In phacoemulsification group,128 eyes(83.1%) are more than or equal to 0.5,26 eyes(16.9%) less than or equal to 0.4 in vision.The lost rate of cornea endothelium in non-phacoemulsification group is 13.2%,another group is 12.8%.Corneal edema:There are 11 eyes(7.86%) in non-phacoemulsification group and 10 eyes(6.49%) in phacoemulsification group.Conclusions The curative effect between the two kinds of operation mentioned above is almost the same and has no marbable difference,The former is simple and convenient in operation and economical,which is suitable for basic hospitals.
