摘要
目的 探讨眼睑基底细胞癌的致病因素。方法 对 175例患者的职业、病变部位、病变特点、病变时间和发病过程等方面进行临床分析。结果 约 60 %以上患者为农民 ,约 81%最初表现为黑褐色结节 ,病史几乎均有损伤、出血、结痂、再损伤、溃疡的过程。结论 户外劳作者是易患人群 。
Objective To study the causes of basal cell carcinoma of eyelid.Methods Collecting 175 cases and then clinical analysis was made by the patients'occupations,lesion sitws,characteristics,time and pathogenic course.Results Over 60% cases were peasants.The first syndrome,about 81%,was black-brown mass.Almost all had the course of repeated injury-bleeding-scab-reinjury-ulter.Conclusion The outside workers were liable to be ill.The different pessimal simulation was the main carcinogenic factor of the occurance in this disease.
