摘要
眼睑基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)是眼睑恶性肿瘤中最常见的一种,虽然其发病缓慢,恶性程度和转移性较低,但发病人数的逐年增多,已引起人们高度重视。研究显示,多种癌基因的异常表达在眼睑BCC的发生发展过程中有着重要作用。研究癌相关基因在BCC发生、发展及转移机制中的作用,对于揭示BCC的生物学行为与探索有效的防治方法具有重要意义。本文复习文献,对与眼睑基底细胞癌有关的基因作一简要综述。
Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) of the eyelids is the most common malignant tumor of the eyelids. Despite its slow development, low malignant degree and low transferring ability, the number of patients with BCC has increased year by year, which already gets much attention from people. The research demonstrated that the abnormal expression of multiple cancer genes has played a vital role in the eyelid BCC's occurrence and developing process. It is significant to study cancer-related genes' functions in BCC's occurrence, development and metastasis for understanding the BCC's biological behavior and exploring effective methods to prevent and control the BCC. This article reviewed the literature and made a brief overview of eyelid basal-cell carcinoma related genes.
