摘要
讨论了电液比例控制的PWM控制原理及控制方法。推导了比例阀电流的数学模型。分析了PWM控制中占空比D与平均电流I、波动电流dI之间的关系和斩波稳流控制的原理。给出了具体应用电路。研究结果为电液比例控制系统设计提供了依据。
A math. model for current of proportional valve using PWM control theory and eletrohydraulic proportional control was presented.The relations between duty ratio (D) and average current(I),duty ratio (D) and fluctuation current (dI) in PWM control,and the theory of chopperstabilized current control were discussed.The application of specific circuit was given.The results provide the basic method for the design of the electrohydraulic proportional control system.
