摘要
为了对某样机CVT电液控制系统的特性进行分析,以实现对系统的精确控制,对受控元件(电磁阀)特性进行了详细研究。通过分析电磁阀的工作方式,建立了脉宽调制高速开关阀和比例电磁阀的数学模型,并对其进行了模型仿真和试验验证。结果表明,试验数据与仿真结果基本一致,验证了系统模型的正确性。
To analyze the characteristics and realize the accurate control of electro-hydraulic control system of CVT, the characteristics of solenoid valve was studied particularly.The mathematic model of the pulse width modulated (PWM)valve and proportional control valve (PSV)was established by analyzing their working mode,the model simulation and test certification were carried out.The simulating results are in accordance with the experimental results,which shows the correctness of model system.
