摘要
根据电磁泵原理开发了由电磁泵和保温炉组成的铝合金低压铸造装置 ,通过大量实验确定了流量、泵高与其影响因素的关系 ,并获得了可对该低压铸造装置铸造过程进行自动控制的数学模型 ,在自动控制下利用该装置进行实际浇注 。
Based on principle of electromagnetic pump, the low pressure aluminum casting setup consisting of the electromagnetic pump and a holding furnace has been developed. Through experiments, relationship between flow capacity, lift and their factors of influence were determined. A mathematical model has been built up for controlling the low pressure casting process. Under automatic control, castings have been produced by this setup,and satisfactory result have been obtained.
