直流电磁泵在复杂铝铸件中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 电磁泵是生产高质量铝铸件最有效方法之一,国外已将该技术运用在大型复杂铝铸件生产中,而国内对此技术的研究还处于试制阶段.直流电磁泵的工作参数是电磁铁磁隙间的磁感应强度和流过液态金属的电流密度.本文通过对自主研制开发的直流电磁泵工艺参数静压头ΔP、流量Q与电极电流I关系的测定及工艺研究,表明在磁感应强度一定的情况下,静压头ΔP与电极电流I成线性关系;而流量Q与电极电流I成二次函数关系.结合车用发动机增压器叶轮复杂铝铸件结构特点,确定电磁泵充型低压铸造生产工艺,通过对铝铸件性能检测,结果表明该技术生产的复杂铝铸件综合力学性能良好. The electromagnetic pump is one of the most effective method which could produce high grade aluminum casting, in overseas , this technique has already been applied in large-scale complex aluminum casting production, but this technical research in domestic is only at the trial-manufacture stage. The operational parameters of the direct current ( DC ) electromagnetic pump include the magnetic induction intensity between electromagnetic cracks and the current density of the liquid metal flowing. In this paper, through determination and craft research about the static pressure ΔP and the relationship between the current capacity Q and electrode current I about the craft parameter of DC electromagnetic pump which is independent developed, it shows that the static pressure ΔP and electrode current I becomes the linear relations; but the current capacity Q and electrode current I becomes the quadratic function relations when magnetic induction intensity is certain. Combined with the construction characteristic about the pressure intensifier Impeller complex aluminum casting of vehicle engine, the production craft of the electromagnetic pump for low-pressure coasting is determined ; by means of the performance examination to aluminum casting, the result shows that the complex aluminum casting using this technique has good comprehensive mechanics performance.
