摘要
目的 观察老年特发性阵发性心房颤动 (IPAF)患者心率变异性 (HRV)的变化 ,以此评价自主神经功能的变化在老年IPAF发作中的作用。方法 选取我院住院的未服用抗心律失常药物的老年IPAF患者 2 4名和无心律失常病史的老年人 2 4名进行 2 4h动态心电图检测和HRV分析。结果 和对照组相比 ,IPAF组LF/HF增高 ,其余各指标均有不同程度降低 ,其中SDNN(P <0 .0 1)、SDANN(P <0 .0 1)和LF/HF(P <0 .0 5 )统计学差异有显著性意义。结论 老年IPAF患者的HRV降低 ,提示心脏自主神经系统功能紊乱在老年患者IPAF的发作中起重要作用。
Objective To analysis the heart rate variability (HRV) in elderly patient with idiopathic paroxysmal atrial eibrillation (IPAF) to evaluate the relationship between autonomic nerve and the development of IPAF in the elder. Methods We analyzed the 24 hour dynamic electrocardiography in 24 elderly patients with IPAF and 24 elderly patients without arrhythmia.HRV data including time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis were analyzed.Results There are significant differences in SDNN( P <0.01) 、SDANN( P <0.01) and LF/HF( P <0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion HRV in elderly patients with IPAF is reduced, it indicates that the disturbance of autonomic nervous system function in heart plays an important role in the development of IPAF in the elderly patients.
