样本熵在预测阵发性房颤中的研究

摘要 用样本熵的方法分析已验证具有阵发性房颤的25例对象,分别分析他们阵发性房颤前期以及远离发病期的两段10min心电数据的心率变异性。结果发现这25例对象在这两段时期内的样本熵值有明显的差异,发病前期的两种熵测度明显小于远离发病期时的值。这个熵的减小趋势,蕴藏着一个重要的信息,可能能预测阵发性房颤的偶发事件。 Analyzed preceding an episode of PAF and period distant from any episode of PAF lOmin ECG data of heart rate variability of 25 cases that had verified of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with a sample entropy. It was found that 25 cases in which the objects' sample entropy had obvious differences. The entropy value of the preceding an episode of PAF was less than clear away from the period when distant from any episode of PAF. The trend to reduce the entropy contained an important information which might predict impending PAF episodes.
