摘要
目的 探讨变应性鼻炎的非特异性免疫治疗的疗效。方法 对287例变应性鼻炎患者分别予胎盘肽(PF)双下鼻甲粘膜下注射、转移因子(TF)双下鼻甲粘膜下注射、特非那丁(TD)口服,对比分析其疗效。结果三种疗法近期疗效很相似,远期疗效PF、JF优于TD,PF、TF治疗前后免疫指标发生变化。结论 变应性鼻炎非特异性免疫治疗疗效确切,PF为治疗变应性鼻炎确切而稳定的免疫调节剂。
Objective To investigate the effect of placental factor (PF) as a non-specific immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis (AR) . Methods 287 cases with allergic rhinitis were divided into 3 groups, i. e. treating group (TG) with PF injected into submucosa of bilateral inferior turbinates, transfer factor (TF) controlling group (CG1) with TF injected in the same way as in TG and terfenadine (TD) controlling group (CG2) with TD orally taking. Then, the therapeutic effects of the three therapies on AR were compared among them. Results Their short-term therapeutic effects of the three therapies were almost the same among the 3 groups, while the long-term effects of them on AR were different, with that of PF and TF being significantly superior to that of TD. Conclusion PF therapy, as a non-specific one, is effective on AR.
