摘要
本文系统地归纳了从外部压缩半导体激光器光谱线宽的各种方法,介绍了这一研究领域近年来的发展状况。
A variety of methods of narrowing the spectral linewidth of semiconductor laser from outside was introduced systematically. The development situation on this field in recent years was presented.
