摘要
目的 :以改良Kessler法作为参照 ,研究卡锁环缝合法在修复伸指肌腱中的抗拉力作用效果。方法 :术中随机对 5 0根断裂伸指肌腱平均分为两组 ,分别采用卡锁环 (Lockingloop)法和改良Kessler法进行修复 ,然后进行屈指活动抗拉力测试观察。结果 :两组肌腱出现拉松和缝线拉脱的例数分别为 :卡锁环法组 2 ,0 ,改良Kessler组 7,5。结论 :卡锁环法抗拉力作用显著 。
Objective:To investigate the effect of locking loop on the tensile properties of repaired extensor tendons.Methods:50 human extensor digitorum tendons in vivo were equally devided into 2 groups,and sew by locking loop suture or modified Kessler suture respectively.Tensile strength properties testing of the sutured tendons was carried out by passive flexing the fingers.Results:The number of gaps formation observed in the tendon junctures in two groups was 2,7 respectively;the number of tendons through which the core sutures were pulled,in two groups was 0,5 respectively.Conclusion:The tensile strength of a sutured tendon by using the locking loop technique is greater than that by using the modified Kessler technique,for this reason the locking loop suture is much qualitied to repair extensor digitorum tendons.
