摘要
应用植物血凝素亲合层析技术所获得的纯化抗原进行斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot-ELISA).用该方法对146例囊虫病患者、40例其它寄生虫感染者及36例健康人IgG4亚型的检测.结果表明,除3例囊虫病人未能检出外,143例均为阳性.其它寄生虫感及健康人均为阴性.该试验方法敏感性为98％,特异性为100％.结论:IgG4可作为囊虫病免疫诊断指标之一.
A dot-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Dot-ELISA) using lentil-lectin affinity purified antigens was developed for detecting IgG4 subclass antibodies to human cysticercosis. 146 cases with cysticercosis, 36 healthy controls and 40 cases of heterologous infections were used to assess the assay's efficacy. All but three samples of the cases confirmed cysticerosis were positive; none of the samples from healthy controls or heterologous infections was positive. The assay is sensitive(98%) and specific (100%).
