摘要 [目的]研究束缚应激对小鼠脾脏重量的影响.[方法]设对照组与实验组,实验组束缚小鼠17h,两组小鼠均处死.取脾,用电子分析天平分别称两组脾脏重量,观察束缚应激后小鼠脾脏重量的改变.[结果]对照组脾脏重量明显高于实验组(P<0.05).[结论]束缚应激可致小鼠的脾脏重量降低. [Objective] To research the effect of restraint stress on spleen weight in mice. [Methods] The mice were divided into two groups: Normal control group and stress group. The spleen weight of the two groups was measured after 17 hours stress. [Result] The spleen weight of normal control is higher than stress group (p<0.05). [Conclusion] Restraint stress on mice can lessen the spleen weight.
