摘要
同烧伤一样,机械性创伤时机体血清同样存在低分子量的免疫抑制物,我们发现并证实分子量约9000的创伤血清抑制物对IL一2及IL-2R蛋白表达具有强烈的免疫抑制作用,且对IL-2和IL-2RmRNA的转录也具有明显的抑制作用。从而揭示:这种创伤血清免疫抑制物对淋巴细胞的抑制作用发生于mRNA转录前水平,可能与细胞起始活化信号的识别和受阻有关。
An immunosuppressive abaormal protein with molecular weight of about 9000 dalton was found in our previous work The immunosuppressive action of the abnormal protein on interleukin-2 (IL-2), and lL - 2 receptor were further examined. The results indicated that the expressions of proteins of IL - 2 and IL - 2 receptor were depressed, the transcriptions of the mRNA of IL - 2 and IL - 2 receptor were also suppressed by the immunosupprosive substance.It was suggested that the suppression took place before the transcription of mRNA, and the abnormal pro- tein might suppress the lympbocytic function through the action of recognition of initial signal of cell activation.
