摘要
首次在微波辐射下 ,用活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化合成了马来酸双酯 .当微波辐射功率为 15 0 W,正辛醇∶酸酐 3∶ 1,催化剂用量为 2 .5 g时 ,反应 2 0 min后 ,马来酸酐转化率达 89.8% ,产物的选择性为 99.5 % .同时 ,也发现随着醇的炭数增多 ,反应温度和反应速率增加 ;在微波辐射条件下 ,酯化反应速率、产物选择性都高于常规加热方式下的反应结果 .
The synthesis of maleates catalyzed by p toluenesulfo nic acid supporte d on activated carbon under microwave irradiation was studied for the first time . When powers of microwave irradiation was 150 W, molar ratio of n octanol to an hydride was 3∶1, amount of catalyst was 2.5 g, the conversion of maleic anhydr id e was 89.8%, the selectivity of product was 99.5% after reaction 20 min. It was also found that as carbon number of alcohol increased, reaction temperature and rate increased. In addition, under microwave irradiation, the reaction rate of e sterification, selectivity of the product were higher than that of conventional heating method.
