摘要 本文论述了激光的作用原理包括光效应,热效应,压力效应和激光的应用包括小剂量激光对农作物的刺激作用,大剂量激光的诱变作用,其它诱变剂复合使用的诱变作用,并评述了激光在水稻,小麦,油菜、大麦、大豆及果树,蔬菜,桑等的研究进展,最后阐述了激光在农作物遗传育种上的应用前景。 This paper's author evaluated the mutation mechanism of laser and the present situation about the use of laser irradiation.The mutation mechanism of laser indudes light effect,heat effect and pressure effect.The use of laser irradiation could be divided into three aspects:the stimulating effect of small dosage,the mutagenic effect of large dosage and the duplicated application of laser and other mutagen The use of laser irradiation on rice,wheat soybean,fruits,vegetables and mulberry,etc was also commented At the end the prospect of using laser irradiation in crop breeding was discussed.
