摘要
用氦氖激光处理香石竹愈伤组织,可使材料中的34kD和28kD蛋白含量高于对照,并产生分子量约为22kD的新的蛋白带。而用氩离子激光处理后,则出现一条分子量约为45kD的新的蛋白带。此外,激光处理亦明显影响愈伤组织的过氧化物酶同工酶谱及其活性,其中氦氖激光处理后产生了Rf为0.17和0.26的新酶带,而用氩离子激光处理则只产生Rf为0.17的新酶带。激光对香石竹愈伤组织的酯酶同工酶无影响。
When the callus of Clove Gilly was treated with He-Ne laser (20 mW), the protein that MW were 34 kD and 28 kD, respectively,increased and a kind of new protein(MW 22 KDa) appeared.A kind of proteia(MW 45 kD) was produced when the callus was treated with Ar + -laser ( 0.1W and lW). Furthermore, the bands and activity of peroxidase isoenzyme which the callus was treated with He-Ne laser were apparently affected, two brands which Rf volues were 0.17 and 0.26, respectively, appeared, but only a brand ( Rf-0.17) appeared, under the treatment of Ar + -laser. There was not effect on esterase isoenzyme in the callus which treated by laser.
