摘要
研究了大亚湾附近澳头、稔山与三门岛地区生长的白骨壤、秋茄叶片多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性与过氧化物酶同工酶谱 ,发现 2种红树植物叶片中多酚氧化酶活性在澳头、稔山、三门岛 3个地区依次降低。而过氧化物酶活性则与之相反 ,依次升高。过氧化物酶同工酶谱在不同地区表现出峰高及区带数上的差别 ,但无地区规律性。
This article was to study the activities of polyphenol oxidase、 peroxidase and peroxidase isozymogram in the leaves of Avicennoa marina and Kandelia candel growing at Aotou, Renshan and Shanmen island nearby Daya Bay. It was found that the activities of polyphenol oxidase in the leaves for these two mangrove plants at Aotou, Renshen, Shanmen island decreased one by one ,but the activities of peroxidase increased. The height and number of peak for peroxidase isozymogram were different from each other but had no regulation at these three regions.
