摘要
处在复杂、多元的社会环境之中,高校班主任工作既十分重要又非常艰巨。要做好这项工作,高校班主任必须坚持以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,与时俱进,具备适合时代要求的创新精神、较高的思想政治素质和职业道德素质,树立新型的师生观念。
Campus class masters' work is very important and arduous under the complex and pluralistic social environment. In order to do this work better, one must insist on the 'Three Representations'thought as his guide; bring forth the new ideas in the work; have higher ideological political quality and professional moral quality; and stand a new teacher student concept.
