摘要
本文主要从高职学生的来源以及在校期间不同阶段的心理进行分析,结合当前班主任的现状,介绍一些在不同阶段的班主任对于学生管理的方式和方法。对于大学生的班级管理工作有一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the sources of higher vocational students and their psychological features in different stages. Combining with the present situation of the head, this paper in- troduces the way of student management in different stages. It is of significance for class management in higher vocational col- leges.
