摘要
集体责任存在的基础是集体中每个成员的平等,集体责任的实现取决于集体责任的界定以及集体成员对集体责任的了解和认可程度,而集体责任与个人正当利益之间的关系又是紧密联系在一起的。从集体责任的角度可以对集体主义原则进行更全面的理解和实践。
The foundation of collective duties lies in equality of every member in th e society.And realization of collective duties depends on the definition of collective duties and reception of collective duties.Collective duties and individual legitimate rights are closely connected.The collectivism p rincipal can be better comprehended and practiced from the angle of collective duties.
